A representative from the Shade Tree Commission will inspect the site and determine if the tree needs to be removed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to repair the sidewalk.
I live in a new development and the builder has planted a tree that I don't want. What should I do?
The Builder is required to plant trees as per township ordinance.
I live in a new development and the tree in front of my house has died. Will it be replaced?
